Here at Zeba Hair Salon, hair is not just a hobby. It’s our career, our passion, and our profession. Hair is everything. Because of our passion for hair, we have developed our business core values around our strive for excellence.
One of our core values is continued education. All of our stylists go through extensive education on everything from color, to cutting, to professionalism, and business skills. It’s important that each artist has a well-rounded base. From there, as the stylist levels up, they continue taking more classes to further their education and specialize in different career paths. For example, we have several stylists who have taken classes on how to do Bellami hair extensions. We also have stylists who specialize in Keratin smoothing treatments, Cezanne smoothing treatments, HairSkeen Hair Systems, and balayage.
Another one of our core values is elevating each other. When we learn new techniques and new things every day. At Zeba, we share that knowledge. We also encourage each other to work harder, work smarter, and learn more. It’s so important to have a team who values and supports each other in their pursuit for success.
